Analysis and Research on the Current Situation of Rural Music Education in Northwest Area of Liaoning Province

With the rapid development of China’s education,quality education has been popularized, music education status gradually improved. From the school leader to the parents of the students of music education has been thought a big change, began to pay attention to music education, can be said that in recent years the development of music education in schools in the city is fast and effective. However, with the rapid development of city school music education, music education in rural areas is still slow. This will cause the differences of education between city and rural, so that music education can not achieve the balanced development. It becomes the most urgent problem to solve how to narrow the differences between urban and rural music education.Now the music education in rural areas is an important problem to restrict the development of music education in China, but also a social concern. So how to make the rural music education rapid development, how to solve the difficulties of rural music education, how to reduce the difference between urban and rural music education as we need to pay attention to and solve problems. In2010the National Education Sciences Planning "important project of Ministry of education of rural school art education regional development strategy and development strategy research", the thesis focuses on the rural school art education regional development rules and ways of implementation as the main research direction, and then puts forward the strategy to accelerate the reform and development of Art education in rural school. The author participated in the topic from the opening to the whole process of node problem, so this paper is based on the topic for the research based on the northwest of Liaoning rural area regionalization. By sampling survey method. field research, interviews, carried out detailed investigation on various aspects of school music facilities, rural music teachers in the north area, teaching ideas and teaching methods etc. Analysis, found the problem to summarize the reasons, and proposes the corresponding countermeasure. Hope to contribute to the development of rural areas in Northwest Liaoning music education, is also expected to provide a reference for the development of music education in China’s rural areas.
