Research on the R&D Team Performance Evaluation of IT Enterprises

The R&D team, which is the team with high degree of cooperation, is the core of IT enterprises. The performance of the R&D team is not only the result of each member, but also the crystallization of collective wisdom. The R&D performance will have a direct impact on the development of IT enterprises, and play an increasingly important role in the formation of the enterprises’core competitiveness. However, the results of existing researches on the performance evaluation can not fully meet the characteristics of R&D team. Therefore, it is essential to set up a suitable appraisal system for R&D team of IT enterprises.Firstly, this paper has elaborated the background and significance of the research, and analyzed the researches on team performance at home and abroad; secondly, it has defined the IT enterprises and R&D team, and summarized the relevant theories of performance appraisal; thirdly, it has focused on the construction of the R&D team’s index system of IT enterprises; fourthly, this paper has earried on the summary and the analysis to the existing methods of the R&D performance, then it has built the R&D team performance evaluation model of IT enterprises, which is based on a comprehensive evaluation method of Fuzzy Mathematics and Analytic Hierarchy Process methods and Set Pair Analysis; finally, it has applied this research’s result to a certain R&D team A1 By a comparison between the result from the interview and the result from the above evaluation, it has proved the rationality and practicability of the evaluation model.
