As the development of economy, the small industrial enterprises come to mature day by day.But they also met quite a lot of problems on human resource, which come from the existence of psychological contract.Nowadays people pay more and more special attention to the value of everyone at work and incentive. And the aim of the paper is to build a model based on psychological contract to evaluate the incentive of the company.Firstly, this paper has elaborated the background and significance of the research, and analyzed the researches on both Psychological Contract and Incentive at home and abroad; secondly, it summarized the relevant theories;thirdly, it has focused on the construction of incentive index system of small industrial enterprises; fourthly, this paper has carried on the summary and the analysis to the existing methods of the small industrial enterprises, then it has built the incentive evaluation model, which is based on a comprehensive evaluation method of Analytic Hierarchy Process methods; finally, it has applied this research’s result to a certain enterprise and then it proved the rationality and practicability of the evaluation model.
