Hope to have practical significance, for other companies to establish performance management system to provide information and reference.This article presented the background, purpose and significance, research theories and methods; the second part make a conceptual discussion and research on the theory of performance management , and make a brief introduction of the methods of performance management; the third part make a brief introduction to the development of LJ company’s background and current status of HR management, and summarize performance management problems in now LJ corporate; fourth part, according to the actual situation, the author use of KPI (key performance indicators) and other performance management designed a method for performance management appraisal system; the fifth part, assess the design of performance management system to verify its usefulness, and point out the shortage of this thesis, modify the shortcomings.The article starts from the enterprise strategic objectives and the actual situation to design the performance management system for LJ Company. Currently, through the implementation of the new performance management system, LJ atmosphere of communication within the company has improved obviously than in the past, most employees have a clear picture of the company’s development goals, the staff gradually began to pay attention to their own career planning and development, these phenomena have a more positive impact on LJ Performance management.
