According knee osteoarthritis severity index table, respectively, from the degree of pain, walking conditions and daily activities after treatment were integral changes, compared to the integrated effect observed after treatment, and conduct safety assessments. Establish a database using SPSS17.0 software, group comparisons using paired t-test, comparison between groups using ANOVA, compared with Ridit level data analysis, measurement information and data using mean ± standard deviation (x ± s) expressed. Results 1. Knee osteoarthritis severity index: before treatment of knee osteoarthritis severity index points mean 17.79 ± 2.87, after treatment was 5.06 ± 2.45; were a group before treatment of knee osteoarthritis severity index points mean of 17.56 ± 2.68, after treatment 6.86 ± 3.33; second control group before treatment of knee osteoarthritis severity index integral mean of 18.51 ± 3.28, after treatment was 9.63 ± 4.49. Points to improve the treatment group was better than the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.01), while the control group 1 Points improve the situation better than the control group 2, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). (2) Comprehensive Comparative efficacy: treatment group were clinically cured 41 cases, effective in 24 cases, improved in 12 cases, ineffective in 10 cases, total effective rate of 88.5%; were a group of clinical cure 26 cases, effective in 20 cases, improved in 11 cases, ineffective in 27 cases, the total effective rate was 67.9%; second control group were clinically cured 13 cases, effective in 13 cases, improved in 25 cases, ineffective in 34 cases, total effective rate was 60.0%.
