The Analysis of Relative Influencing Factors of Chronic Pain in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Purpose of chronic pain is a common clinical symptoms in hemodialysis patients , but very little about the causes of pain and the incidence of pain research . The purpose of this study is to investigate the influencing factors of maintenance hemodialysis patients the incidence of chronic pain and chronic pain , which give guidance on the treatment of hemodialysis patients with chronic pain . Methods This study included 80 cases in Shenzhen Nanshan Hospital hemodialysis center maintenance hemodialysis for at least six months or more in patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) . Using the Brief Pain Inventory (BPI) to assess pain . For chronic pain , defined as pain lasting at least three months . Collect the patient's age , gender , body mass index , hemodialysis time , the primary disease , blood biochemical parameters . Analysis of the relationship between these indicators and chronic pain . Result , we elected to 80 patients , average age 46 ± 14 years ; average duration of dialysis was 37.0 ± 28.6 months . 39 cases (48.8 %) patients with chronic pain , 16 patients ( 20% ) for moderate to severe pain . Musculoskeletal pain , neuropathic pain is the most important manifestations of pain . The two groups for the presence or absence of pain , its data rows t test show significant difference between two groups of dialysis time , blood calcium , calcium-phosphorus product , parathyroid hormone ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Age, gender , body mass index , hemoglobin , serum albumin , phosphorus , C -reactive protein was no statistical difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) duration of dialysis , serum calcium , serum calcium-phosphate product , parathyroid hormone (iPTH) and pain the occurrence of a positive correlation , correlation coefficients were 0.436,0.812,0.201,0.470 . Conclusion calcium , calcium-phosphorus product , parathyroid hormone , duration of dialysis , and long - term hemodialysis patients with chronic pain are closely related.
