Since ancient Greece, justice is an important issue to be discussed in the historyof philosophy, and everyone have different opinions about it. Overall the ancientjustice focuses virtue,and Modern justice focused on the principle of rational law andutilitarianism. But in the modern capitalist market economy conditions, people go tothe extreme of rational advocacy and become a rational superstition, resulting insocial pains and disasters, and alienation of human nature, so that a variety of socialconflicts flared up, traditional rationalism concept of justice toward the crisis. ThusSchopenhauer rationalism issued a challenge to his inheritance in ancient Greecevirtue justice concept based on critical rationalism fairness doctrine. His theory ofjustice in the largely inherited Hume and Adam Smith’s impartial view of his critiqueof rationalism anchored to voluntarism and sympathy Ethics based on the use ofexperience of non-first experience to study just the origin and impartial judgmentstandard problems, and make a metaphysical explanation.Schopenhauer pointed sympathy developed to the primary level of moral justice,and justice is rooted in sympathy. He believes that the fair is a real, voluntarily virtue,justice motives precisely ripped through their will in the appearance of the individualprinciples of the world, to see the identity of the will, in order to achieve justice.Therefore, just basic principle is not to harm anyone. Intuitive and epiphany theimpartial moral generate. A fair idea of Schopenhauer concerned about people’s innerfeelings, to guide people to pursue the universal moral law, based on people’scompassion for social transition we went to build a harmonious society has a positivemeaning.This article is divided into four parts, the first part of Schopenhauer’s concept ofjustice origin. In this section, first to clarify the history of the main thoughts of justiceand the traditional fair view of the crisis. Specific emphasis on justice as a virtue,justice and utilitarian concept of justice as a rule formed his concept of justice; secondpart specifically addressed the philosophical basis of its unique concept of justice willontological and intuitive epistemology. The third part focuses on the basic idea of Schopenhauer’s concept of justice. The conception of this section introduces theimpartial nature and implementation of a series of just the main content.Schopenhauer by motives law from experience and personal motives to explore theethics, the measure according to his impartiality thinking, pointed out that the basicprinciples of justice is without prejudice to any person, emphasizing justice throughmoral intuitive, ripped through the individual of principle to recognize the identity ofhuman nature, in order to achieve the primary measure of compassion for justice. Thefourth part is mainly just thinking of Schopenhauer evaluation to explore the impactof the justice thought, the challenge and its own shortcomings and contemporaryvalues.
