Research on the School Belonging of Full-time Self-study Students

Literature review and questionnaire are adopted to prove that the five dimensions of the full-time self-study students’ school belonging are as follow:the identification, involvement,peer relationship, fondness and attachment to schools. A formal questionnaire of full-time self-study students’ school belonging scale is constricted under the provement.Six influencing factors of the full-time self-study students’ school belonging are as follow:the socially acceptance,school concerning, school achievement, interpersonal relationship,family relationship, employment viewpoint.Correspondingly,the educational proposal for promotion of the full-time self-study students’ school belonging are as follow:developing the self-study culture, integrating the service function, the campus culture construction, the Parent-Teacher Associations,the schoolwork management,the employment management.
