With the deepening of reform and opening-up and the socialist market economic system build with perfect, non-state-owned enterprises in China are more and more comfortable development environment. Thirty years of reform and opening up, the development of state ownership economy gained the success that attract worldwide attention. At the same time, labor relations, the benefit relations and the social contradictions are becoming more and more complicated, the trade union work of the new challenges. Under the traditional planned economic system trade union work management system has been unable to meet the needs of trade union work in the new period, which is related to the sustainable and healthy development of Chinese economy and social harmony and stability.It is in view of this, this paper based on the sociological, fully understand the new era of China’s trade union work present situation and the existence question foundation, after in-depth research, to Changchun City C District non-public enterprise union construction as an example, presents the pioneering trade unions socialization, trade union cadre occupation of patterns, from theory and practice two aspects to explore and study the problems in the construction of trade unions in non-public enterprises.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the research origin and research review. First elaborated the research origin, then from the domestic, abroad in two aspects introduced the related trade union theories and literature review, combine our country national condition to undertake simple analysis, finally introduces the research methods and the research significance of this article.The second part analyzes the current private enterprise present situation and the existence question, pointed out the current our country private enterprise trade union work has made certain achievements, but still exist many problems, and many problems of universality and necessity. This article through the reliable data analysis current our country private enterprises trade union work mainly exist in union construction would be difficult and the formation rate is low, non-public enterprise union organization attachment weaken the ability of safeguarding rights and some non-public enterprise trade union cadres, the problem of poor quality of part-time job seriously. The third part of the previous analysis, in order to Changchun City C District non-public enterprise union construction as the example, proposed trade unions in non-public enterprises reform ideas and measures, namely the construction trade unions socialization, trade union cadre occupation of mode, innovation mechanism, working mechanism and management mechanism, to achieve human rights force socialization, in order to strengthen trade unions the influence and the ability of safeguarding rights, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers.The fourth part of the Changchun City C District of trade unions in non-public enterprises in the process of social construction of the shortcomings, puts forward improvement suggestions. From strengthen trade unions’ knowledge publicity and education to increase trade unions in non-public enterprises, improve the coverage rate of union cadres’ quality, strengthen non-public enterprises trade unions mechanism construction, perfect occupation chemical cadres evaluation mechanism and standard occupation chemical cadres wages and welfare treatment of five aspects of inquiry.
