With the development of the Chinese market economy, as well as the implementation of the Labor Contract Law, the relationship between the employers and employees has experienced complex and profound changes, labor disputes showing a character of produced easily, and the type of labor dispute growing with it. The paper analysis the labor disputs of Yantian District in Shenzhen after the Labor Contract Law was established, and then research the new characters of labor disputes and the mediation work in the new situation. In this paper, the author engaged in a serious study of the labor dispute mediation mechanism of the UK, USA, Japan and other countries. The paper says it is necessary to carry out the scientific classification of labor dispute In the background of the number and complexity of labor disputes is increasing in order to give full play to the role of a variety of labor dispute Mediation mechanism. Although Chinese current labor dispute mediation mechanism is highly controversial, but it can meet the processing needs of the labor dispute basically. Therefore, compared to consume huge cost to overthrow the existing regime, under the current system to solve the more difficult labor dispute induction, the method of summarizing the difficult labor disputes and take different measures has realistic value.Based on the long-term experience in the labor administrative department, the author study the mediationf of our types of labor dispute that has apparent times featu,for example the major labor disputes group events, Owed wages escape case, the labor disputes for the benefit and the labor disputes references to the generation of migrant workers. However, due to the changing of social, any effective classification can not be all things in nature, the experience of mediation may not apply to all of the labor disputes. Therefore, we must establish and improve the tripartite consultation mechanism, improve current labor arbitration system of China, strengthen the monitoring mechanism of the Labor and Social Security, establish the normal wage adjustment mechanism. The government, industry and enterprises have to strengthen the ability to deal with the labor relations. Only in this way, we could improve the labor dispute mediation and prevention mechanisms from the source.
