In this paper, the current assessment of the development process of the court there are many problems to be solved for the XX Court assessment issues, design a scientific, comprehensive evaluation program.The program focused around the implementation of the court system, in-depth Reform Program, through the Internet,3G network, a new generation of information technology, construction courts and comprehensive performance management appraisal system, making it the grass-roots team building, improve the evaluation of incentive mechanism to promote the management mechanism boosters and breakthrough innovation, execution and police officers to ensure that the grass-roots enhance the combat effectiveness. At the same time the use of information technology to build a comprehensive performance management information system to meet the performance management of simplicity, ease of use, stability and scalability.After the implementation of the system, the formation of goal-setting, assessment implementation, performance counseling, the results of the application (analysis of feedback, cash rewards and punishments, performance improvement) and closed-loop management. The department, police officers of the performance improvement, job promotion of police officers, prosecutors professional and scientific management team combination.
