With the development of the computer and Internet technology, more and more informationaltechnology ways supported by computer Internet is applyed to classroom teaching.It, together withclassroom teaching, forms the blended learning. Blended learning has the advantages of both E-Learningand traditional classroom teaching. It not only can embody the basic function of the learners and developthe innovation and initative but also enhance the leading role of the teacher. Therefore learning efficiency isimproved. But there are a lot of problems in the implementation process of the blended learning activities.It has only a simple superposition of simple E-Learning and classroom learning, which can not give anexpression of the nature and advantages of blended learning. Additionally, there are many problems aboutthe assignment of the learning context between online and classroom learning. It is short of feasible ways inpractical process. Hence, it is important to strengthen the study of blended learning. Based on the aboveproblems,the main work is as follows:1. Basic theory research: come up with an allocation method to solve an simple E-Learning andclassroom teaching. Firstly, summarize the form of the content in classroom teaching abstractly andadoptthe content in classroom, and then analyse its advantages, and so does E-Learning. Define the bestscheme of learning content according to the analysis. It can avoid repeation of learning content andimprove the efficiency of learning obviously by the way.2. Put forward the designal model of the blended learning: according to the theory of the systematicdesign by Dick-Kaili, the character,nature and principle of the blended learning, think out a modle of theblended learning to direct its practical process3. Design and implementation: design learning activities of the Principle and Application of ModernInstructional Technology by the model of the blended learning.
