Research on Modeling and the Query Method of Mobile Learning Model Based on Semantic Web

With the rapid development of the mobile network technology and the communicationtechnology, mobile learning has been an important topic in the field of the educational technology. Theneeds of current learners cannot been satisfied by the traditional mode of learning and the digitizedweb-based distance learning mode, the former emphasizes “course”, and the latter stresses “the learner”.While the mobile learning is a new kind of learning on the situational learning content, this focuses on theactivity of the learner as the center.These problems as above cannot been implemented through the existing computer digitallearning system, for the purpose of the study of the Semantic Web is the computer can accurately read andunderstand the data which been meet, the Semantic Web technology is been introduced into the system.Asthe same time, the learners can not get timely and useful learning resources for the limit of traditionaltechnology. Therefore, the query methods on Semantic Web are introduced as the ideal technical support.This thesis has studied the theoretical model of the mobile learning system on the Semantic Web, putforward the function structure model on Semantic Web, realized the semantic query on resource ontology,and verified the feasibility on the query methods of the semantic web technologies.The main contents of the paper are as follows:Theoretical research: the thesis has built the theoretical analysis model based on mobile learningtheory, the learning environment theory, traditional classroom learning theory, digital research field, and thefeature of mobile which is the purposed of activity and situational perceived.Functional structure: the thesis has built the functional structure model of the mobile learningsystem on the base of learning technology and mobile application system, system architecture andhierarchical functional model.Design method: according to the ontology concept feature and semantic analysis which the learnersinput information, the learners can retrieve learning content in the ontology knowledge for learners’ choice.Research on theory analysis and function structure of mobile learning system based on SemanticWeb from the perspective of education and technology, the thesis has explored to build theory analysis model on Semantic Web and function model focusing on learners and situational function modules onlearning content on one hand research on the design methods of the semantic query based on the learningontology from a technical perspective, the learning content query is introduced by the design methods ofthe semantic query to solve the real-time and accurate information resources in the mobile learning systemon the other.
