With the development of technology, we have already entered an information era. Medium filled with every aspect of our life, work and study and it plays a more and more important role in people’s life. Beside that, the boundaries between reality and media world is becoming more and more fuzzy. People’s cognitive style, culture, communication and behavior are changing, because we have gone from a read the text of the times towards a interpret the images era. Facing the complicated media world, media literacy has become the comprehensive qualities of every citizen. Therefore, the media literacy education became a public education for the society, for the public.Media literacy originated in western countries, represented by the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the United States. The research about media literacy in our country started relatively late, especially in mainland. Most research about media literacy in China still stay in theoretical discussion, but research in the aspect of application in practice is relatively lack of. There are a lot of research object of China’s media literacy, but the research about media literacy on normal students is less. At the same time, the new curriculum reform requires teachers to adjust the role, constantly improve their comprehensive quality including media literacy. In order to deal with the teaching situation in the new media world, cultivating "with high media literacy teachers", become the priority among priorities of modern education. Normal students as the future teachers, their media literacy should be taken seriously. Based on this, this study attempts to set out from normal students, with normal students’ cultivation mode and cultivation objectives as the breakthrough point, constructing normal students’ media literacy training mode theory model, provides the reference for the media literacy of normal students.This study is divided into six phases:theory, research status, model construction, platform design and development, application, evaluation. First sort out research and defines the related concepts of this study, the second research normal students media literacy status at present, the third build normal student media literacy training mode, the fourth build support platform, the fifth to carry out the experimental research, at last summarize and evaluate the result of the research.
