For oneself inferior was a psychological phenomenon in society. Regardless ofgender, age, educational level, occupation, social status, health level how to, as a personexperience the inferiority more or less in their life. Inferiority was the importantpsychological phenomenon. Research on junior College Students’ inferiority, canprovide useful inspiration to people with inferiority complex. At the same time also helpstudents understanding correctly their characteristics in daily life, face up to one’sshortcomings, and effectively control yourself, help to promote their physical andmental health development.It adopted literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, experiments and manykinds of methods are discussed systematically in the Higher Vocational CollegeStudents with inferiority complex. Firstly, we based on the analysis with literature athome and abroad, combined with the open questionnaire results of the HigherVocational College Students, and created the inferiority questionnaire, we carried outthe questionnaire item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factoranalysis, to determined the Higher Vocational College Students’ inferioritypsychological elements. And then probed into the Higher Vocational College Students’inferiority contemporary psychological characteristics, then researched on the HigherVocational College Students’ implicit inferiority. Finally studied the Higher VocationalCollege Students’ mental health use the way of hypnosis intervention. The mainconclusions were as follows:1) Higher Vocational College Students’ explicit inferiority mentality was amultidimensional psychological structure, including looks not satisfied, socialsatisfaction and their low value and their own unsafe four dimensions.2) The establishment of Higher Vocational College Students’ explicit inferioritypsychological questionnaire letter, validity reached psychometrical requirements, can beused as a measurement of Higher Vocational College Students explicit inferioritypsychological effective tool.3) Higher Vocational College Students’ mental health status of the research resultsshow that: the college students’ explicit inferiority complex in the lower level, there are significant differences between different gender, grade and level in the family economicconditions, social demographic variables.4) Experimental study of IAT implicit inferiority discovery, vocational collegestudents implicit inferiority IAT incompatible reaction in the average task significantlylonger than the average response times the task, have displayed significant implicitself-esteem effect.
