Transmitingan order from above.To feedback the performance an problems about primary education,which providingprofessional guidance to elementary and middle school as well as giving advices and suggestions tosuperior departments. In a manner of speaking, a country’s primary education development level willincreasingly depends on educational supervision system scientific and professional standard.This paper choose Japan as comparison objective is based on two cosiderations:On the onehand,China modern school system is deprived from Japan.On the other hand,Japan educational supervisionsystem is much more matured,which has had100-years development since establishment of their system. Ithas a significant references to our country. This paper is to analyze the development of two countrieseducational supervision system,to inquire the commons and differences between the two counties,tosummarize the advantage and weakness about the two countries educational supervision system so as torender the authors have a comprehensive understanding to the supervision system.Learning the rationalaspects of Japan educational supervision system and combine with our system’s problems to put forwardsome constructional suggestions to perfect our educational supervision system.This paper is divided into four part:The first part: Summarizing the process of two countries’ educational supervision development.First of all, To discuss the situation of our county’s educational supervision system in the end of QingDynasty and the period of the republic of China and the opening-up.Summarize respectively the characteristics of every times about educational supervision system;Secondly,discussing Japan’s antebellumand postwar educational supervision system.Presenting the characteristics and process of Japan’seducational supervision system.The second part： This paper analyzes the two countries ‘education supervision system for thedifferences and similarities through a comparison between the two country.
