The students studying in the regular class is the important measure of the special education in our country. The special student studying with the normal students is good for their improvement of the life skills. The way is accepted by many people now, but it has some problems. In order to make it function better, this study regards the first-year regular class students as subject to explore the measures to improve their school adaption.. The study understands the previous research on the regular class. On that basis, the study interviews the parents and parents of the children in regular class to know the factor and the methods to improve their schools adaption. According to the results of literature and interview, the study takes some suggestions and makes a five-month experiment. The study finds that the factor including the teachers, students, school leaders and social environment. The class management measures includes respecting the students, encouraging students, asking the normal students to take care of special children, personalized education, behavioral training, improving their mental health and increasing children’s participation in the class.
