Experiment is a very important study method, also is a kind of very important learning method, chemistry is based on the experiment on the natural sciences, and the "new curriculum standard" proposed explicitly the chemistry curriculum reform focus is:" to enhance the scientific literacy of students" and the chemistry lab is to improve students’ Chemistry academic quality the important way. If the teacher can be from the teaching of the practical problems encountered in the teaching experiment based on some design and innovation, which not only can make the teaching effect is better, can stimulate the student’s sense of innovation, training students’ creative ability in chemical experiment education, further improve the function of chemical experiment, only to continuously design and innovation, chemistry experiment will be full of life and vitality, maintain its unique charm in the chemistry teaching.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part:a literature review. We first analyzed the chemical experimental education and teaching function, expounds the improvement and innovation of chemistry experiment and the current situation of middle school chemistry experiment to improve and innovate the deficiencies.Second part:on the teaching experimental study. Will people teaches printing plate compulsory part of old and new material chemistry experiment were compared, find, comprehending new curriculum experiment reform of new concept, method and guidance, and further analysis of the person teaches printing plate chemistry compulsory part materials in certain experimental design flaws.The third part:experimental design and innovation. New design of Al (OH)3as having quantitative experiments, through which students participate in quantitative inspection, deepened the students on the Al (OH)3as having this understanding of the nature of, the classroom effect obviously, cultivating students’ experimental ability. The new design also embodies the essence of the redox reaction experiment, obvious experimental phenomenon, simple operation, make microcosmic concepts in the field of visualization, the abstract concept image, make students smoothly through the high school chemistry first crack. Selection of sulfur dioxide bleaching experimental design for inquiry experiment, for the students’ cognitive bleaching is sulfur dioxide or sulfur dioxide and water molecules of the product provides a reliable experimental facts, the passage of this experiment to encourage students to question, trains the student to find the problem, problem-solving ability and rigorous scientific attitude; improved hydrolysis of ethyl acetate experiment, ferrous hydroxide preparation and the fountain experiment, the experiment phenomenon is more obvious and adds experimental interest. The fourth part:innovation experiment into classroom teaching design and teaching effect analysis. The Al(OH)3as having a quantitative experimental and embodiment of redox reaction essence of experimental design for inquiry into the classroom, classroom teaching, through the two classes of contrast teaching experiment, using experimental data of specific analysis of the teaching effect. Data show that the inquiry experiment can be very good to the cultivation of the students’ observation experiment ability, thinking ability, experimental design experimental ability and research ability, but also arouse the interest of students, help students acquire, validation and expand the knowledge of chemistry.
