Quality education is the core of the new curriculum reform, at present in the country has spread. Thisclass changes is a comprehensive reform, involves the course structure, function, content, implementation,evaluation and management, etc. Purpose is to put the spread of knowledge, abilities and the improvementof the quality of organically, and make the students’ knowledge, ability and quality in the coordinateddevelopment, improve the personality, develop their full potential. Implementation of the new curriculumreform in the main positions classroom, the key lies in the classroom teaching are effective. The so-callednew curriculum concept classroom teaching effectiveness, on the basis of people’s development as thestarting point, high quality complete cultural knowledge inheritance and the basic skill training missions,realize students’ moral quality, aesthetic temperament and interest, innovative spirit and practice ability,and other comprehensive quality comprehensive improve, cultivate the students’ interest in study andlearning awareness and self education ability, for the sustainable development of the students and lay asolid foundation. To sum up the effective teaching is unit of learning task finish, the learning interest of thestudents thick, the whole class embodies the effective, high quality, and innovation characteristics. That is,improve the effectiveness of the classroom teaching to implement the new curriculum reform to have theimportant meaning.The high school politics has been under the new curriculum reform. Its duty is not only to direct thestudents’ socialism politics but also to undertake the social sciences knowledge dissemination as well astrains the student to continue to study the new knowledge ability. This article bases on author’s teachingexperience, taking the new curriculum as the instruction, utilizes the domestic and foreign effectiveteaching the research results, discuss how to carry out the effective teaching strategy in high school politics, optimized teaching organization, and achieves the teaching goals. Specifically speaking, this article firststarts from one’s own experience, from the observation of new curriculum reform in high school teaching,and the thoughts of the efficiency in high school politics teaching. Then explain the ideal condition andreal condition in high school politics teaching. Finally explore the efficient method and strategy inimproving high school politics teaching. It includes four parts:(a) the promotion of teachers’ educationidea and the knowledge structure;(b) the effective strategy of preparing alesson;(c) effective classroominstruction method in politics teaching;(d) effective homework design. These measures may construct theeffective politics teaching, and increase the effect of the high school politics teaching.
