Purpose:Health fitness as a new concept of health, has drawn attention ofdomestic and foreign experts and scholars, the health fitness evaluation method caneffectively summarized the body level and health. As a traditional Chineseshuttlecock and has a long history of culture movement, its own the value of exerciseis for now the development of the society, is not really for middle school students inschool to promote health, improve life, work and study efficiency play a role, rightnow, the feeling of the students’ physical health movement in the research of therelatively small. This paper tries to the schools to physical and mental health andhigh-quality talents as the breakthrough point, to shuttlecock sports as a teachingmeans, this paper discusses the movement of the students’ health shuttlecock fitness,the influence of the effect of shuttlecock movement evaluation, this paper discussesthe mechanism of fitness, all in good physical education for high school students,improve sports training the interest, improve students’ health and prevention andcontrol and provide practical reference value of body.Methods: This paper utilizes the literature material law, the experimental method,mathematical statistics method, expert interview method, the analysis about feeling ofthe students’ healthy sports fitness (body composition, cardiovascular fitness, musclefitness, flexibility fitness) the influence of the analysis, and the results are deep anddetailed analysis and research.Results: After12weeks after shuttlecock sports teaching:(1) body composition:high school students body fat percentage have reduced significantly, and body massindex (BMI), waist hip ratio (WHR) does not change significantly.(2) the cardiovascular fitness: high school students obviously improve the vital capacity,quiet rationalization reduce heart rate.(3) muscular fitness: high school studentssit-ups, standing long jump increased significantly, grip does not change significantly.(4) flexibility fitness: high school students ZuoWeiTi proneness improve verysignificant.Conclusion: After12weeks shuttlecock movement on high school studentsteaching health fitness with a certain degree of improving, explain the movementintensity is moderate shuttlecock movement is effectively improve middle schoolstudents health fitness sport one of projects, in improving body composition maintainbody, improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle fitness and flexible fitness are plays arole.
