In2012, the average college graduate scale up to6.8million people. In China’s currenteconomic development of domestic and foreign environment still face very complex, unstable,and uncertain factors also many; The employment of college graduates total pressure andstructural conflict is still outstanding, employment situation, college students employmentproblem has sparked more and more attention.Higher education is the higher education medicine as an important part of the modernmedical education to the medical students’ knowledge, ability and quality put forward higherrequest. The medical students’ employment both ordinary college students employment of thecommon and also has its special, medical students’ employment facing more challenges andproblems.In recent years, the medical colleges and universities employment reform continuously,made some achievements. But there are still some school careers guidance service level is low,is only limited to release in graduate employment information, employment policy, trainingfor propaganda techniques for the employment agreement, etc. Compared with other collegesand universities, medical school graduates employment face more narrow, so, the medicalstudents’ employment problems have become particularly outstanding, which cause themedical colleges and universities employment pressure and challenges. Is medical collegesand universities employment instruction situation, and some problems. Such as: teachingcontent and not the needs of students, teaching methods and teaching means too old andemployment guidance teachers team construction problems, etc.This paper, from the medical colleges and universities employment guidance of thestatus quo of the medical college of existing employment guidance model based on theanalysis of the related theory, using investigation method, the literature methodology,descriptive research, comparative research and other scientific research method, through thepart of our medical colleges and universities employment instruction education andinstruction model research, understand and grasp the current medical colleges and universitiesemployment instruction basic situation, made the first data, to medical colleges anduniversities employment instruction existing "take" employment guidance mode,"personalized" employment guidance mode,"experience" employment guidance mode,"development type" employment guidance mode,"employment competition" employmentguidance model of the present situation, the effectiveness and the problems are discussed in this paper.This paper thinks, new policies to learn the promulgation of the medical collegegraduates to have the significant influence, and the special medical colleges and universitiesemployment has some special: medical college career choice opposite concentration,practicing doctors body of medical students test influence employment, national policy andthe acceleration of the contradiction of reality. So, medical colleges and universitiesemployment guidance only industry fully involved in the employment guidance mode to thegreatest degree realizes employment.This paper puts forward the industry participation in employment guidance mode isrefers to the medicine, the interpretive to graduate students at the whole process, all have themedical unit involvement in the process. Medical students to visit a second grade,understanding the medical units; Three or four grade combined with clinical course,experiment teaching the course of trainee, into the basic-level medical unit industry trainee;Five grade for employment policy, learning skills, etc. To participate in the industry and theemployment teaching system teaching process, teaching methods, teaching evaluation andfeedback are discussed in this paper. Put forward: constantly improve employment servicesystem; All-round, multi-level for graduates with employment information service; Tostrengthen vocational students career planning guidance; Employment psychologicalcounselling implementation, security and the construction of the system.This paper argues that, in view of the medical colleges and universities employmentinstruction education mode do concrete research, to improve medical colleges and universitiesof the present situation of the current employment guidance, enhance the effectiveness of theemployment guidance education, promoting college students’ development, realize theeducated medical students’ full employment has very important practical significance.
