A Research on the Localization of Learning Field Curriculum of German Vocational Education

Since the nineties of the last century, a large amount of skilled personnel with high-quality need to be trained. To promote the development of economy, China has attached great importance to vocational education, and has done a lot of measures to vigorously promote and develop vocational education. The achievements made by the German vocational education for all to see, has always been in a leading position in the whole world. In the end of the last century German put out the Learning Field Curriculum model in vocational education, which has made a great contribution to the development of their education and economy. To analyze and explore the remarkable achievements in German vocational education of Learning Field Curriculum and learn of its historical experience is good for China’s reform of the vocational education curriculum model and localization transformation, and it is also benefit to provide inspiration for the development of vocational education in China.The paper is divided into four parts:The introduction sets out the purpose and significance of this thesis, and has the related concepts defined. Analysis and combine the curriculum research situation, and make a brief description of research ideas and research methods.The first part introduces the theoretical construction of German Learning Field Curriculum. Make a systematic description and exposition of Learning Field Curriculum content and the method of the program.The second part mainly analyzes the implementation of Learning Field Curriculum in some regions of China. Make analysis of the difficulties and problems encountered in the implementation of Learning Field Curriculum from surveys and studies of China’s actual situation.The third part of the text, by making a summary of the theory and current situation, make out some enlightenment and advice of Learning Field Curriculum’s localization in three aspects, which concludes approaches, content and strategies. Including the integration of human resources, rich learning resources, use of social resources; component of professional team, the development of school-based teaching materials, optimize the learning context; improve the quality of teachers, promote training places, penetration of problem-oriented and design-oriented concept.
