Table tennis is a highly competitive sport of skill, a skilldominated the performance of every network against the projects, getting closer andcloser because of our excellent table tennis player fitness and skill levels, and thus,psychological factors often play a game-winning a crucial role. Elite athletes notonly a breakthrough in technical and tactical requirements, but also put forwardhigher requirements for the achievement of superior mental ability, the new, thehandover of the old elite athletes stand out in all kinds of big games, greatimportance to the elite athletes of the new era not only in technology tactical ability,but more importantly reflected in the superiority of the psychological qualities. Inthis paper, the questionnaire survey, questionnaire, data statistics, expert interviews,investigation and analysis of logical analysis on the76outstanding table tenniswomen players. In this paper, Ye Ping, prepared by the Athletic Motivation Inventoryto measure the motive of sports achievements of outstanding women ’s table tennisathletes. This scale, including social cognition, movement raise the level ofentertainment, emotional experience, and effort orientation five sports achievementmotivation factors.The results of this study show that: the social recognition dimension in thedimension table tennis athletes of different sports level of achievement motivation,entertainment dimension exists a significant difference. Competitive level of thedimension of emotional experience dimensions, orientation efforts dimensions thereis no significant difference. Each dimension of the achievement motivation of thedifferent training time table tennis players in the social recognition dimension,entertainment dimension, the dimension of emotional experience significantdifferences. Competitive level to improve the dimensions of the efforts of theorientation dimension there is no significant difference. Achievement motivation ofthe table tennis players of different age groups do not exist significant differences infive dimensions.
