Taekwondo is a hands and feet technology as a weapon skills doant conrrontation class project, Has been widely carried out in twohundred countries around the world.Present in 200 countriesaround the world have been widely carried out.The mid-1990sbegan entering the country on the current achievements in terms ofwomen’s good .Taekwondo has been developing well in teenage.Also teenage were trained systematically to improve their specialphysical ability, which laid the foundation to achieve good results,at the same time, was helpful for their healthy growth. SoTaekwondo in teenage has drew the attention of correlativedepartments. Based on the outcome, the separate andcomprehensive evaluation standards were set, which was good fortraining, selection, detecting and well in controlling, setting,revising the training plan. This paper provided evaluation standardsfor athletes to implement self-evaluation. Also, it provided effectivetheoretical basis for selecting athletes, and important reference forimproving and training physical ability of excellent athletes.Moreover, it seemed scientific. The indexes and standards havebeen tested for several times, and the results have been exaed about exceptional data, reliability, availability, objectivity andnormality. To a certain extent, this thesis reflected the trainingeffect and provided some reasonable suggestions for improvingtrain.This thesis adopted Literature Analysis, Deiphi, SportsMeasuring and Evaluation and Sports Statistics and summarized 45suggestive indexes. After second round of expert survey, accordingto training experience, theories, instincts with 12 indexes werereserved which were considered safe, simple, and scientific.Though explaining and analyzing 12 indexes(including 25metersreturn running,10 secs across kick target by single leg,2 metersstartup trate,30 secs double fly kick,60 secs push-up,standing longjump,pronate sustain,horizontal fork,10meters return running,30secs across kick and change the direction,30 secs Vertical andhorizontal bracing and 60 secs rope skipping), tests were made in158 athletes (blue belt or above) from 18 Tae Kwon Do clubs ofTaiyuan City, Jinzhong City, YangQuan City, Linfen City, Houma Cityand Yuncheng City in Shanxi province. The process was exposed tocoaches in order to secure the reliability. Results were recorded. Atthe same time, the database was established.According to analyzed data, with accumlative total gradestandard and hundred, cents of standard separate andcomprehensive standards were formulated. This thesis providedeffective theoretical basis for selecting athletes, and importantreference for improving and training physical ability of athletes.
