The Study on Set Sail Technology and Competition Strategy of Kayak (Still Water) 200m Project

200m kayak (hydrostatic) projects in 2012 was formally included in the Olympic sport. Had been a non-Olympic sport, so little scientific information about 200m competition at home and abroad, and the technical information in this regard, or lack of, peacetime training to the lack of a reference. This study reveal kayaking (hydrostatic) 200m project set sail paddle technology, the structure of the entire racing law and characteristics, starting the paddle effect to improve the sail and optimize the entire race strategy to provide a basis for our kayak training team training intuitive, the necessary technical support and competition, and to provide technology services for our kayak training teams preparing for the 2012 Olympic Games. The main research method used in this paper: Photogrammetry, video analytic method, mathematical statistics, and literature data method. The study results show that: 1. Sail technology: (1) excellent kayakers 200m short-range project, set sail 10m, 20m ranking the better, the greater the positive impact to get good ranking of 200m. (2) excellent kayakers 200m short-range projects set sail three rowing cycle time gradually shorten, gradually increasing displacement, the boat speed continuously improve. (3) the the kayaking 200m short distance elite athletes before departure of three rowing cycle, paddle frequency is rising the right paddle paddle frequency is generally higher than the left paddle; paddle out into the water angle decreasing trend. (4) excellent domestic kayakers left and right side of the power of the relative imbalance stronger right side, left side of the force is relatively weak, to strengthen weak side forces, paddle technology training, help to achieve better results. (5) set sail first paddle appropriate to improve pull oars stage time proportion decreases back paddle proportion of stage time, to get more power, conducive to the boat to get rid of still accelerate progress. (6) coaches and athletes on the importance of issuing the order to start the timing and balance of the boat and training should be strengthened in order to make the boat better start starting. (7) sail first paddle paddle, paddle frequency within a certain range, the higher, the greater the paddle into water angle and effluent angle sail better. 2. Racing structure and competition strategies: (1) excellent kayak and rowing athletes in the 200m sprint races projects throughout the full plan is the key to victory. (2) tactical kayak 200m project is relatively simple, sportsmen and women full racing mode sail boat speed and paddle frequency gradually increases, reaches a maximum in the sub-50-60m, then gradually reduced to 180 - 190m segmented at a lower value, the last 10m segmented improve boat speed, improve or maintain paddle frequency for the final sprint. (3) According to the trend line of the boat speed reference paddle frequency trend line, in this article the 200m short distance project is divided into three stages: sail accelerate the planning stage (0-50m segment), the way the planning stage (50-190m segmented) The sprint planning stages (190-200m segment). (4) K-type clustering every 10m segmentation boat speed and paddle frequency, the mean distance difference between the various types of probability is less than 0.001, the clustering effect, the original speed of the boat and paddle frequency aggregated into 42 classes each 2 class. Specific frequency type of boat speed and paddle: MK1-200m and MK2-200m project for the type of boat speed paddle frequency type; the WK1 200m project paddle frequency of the type of boat speed type; MC1-200m project type II paddle frequency for the type of boat speed.
