Along with the growing popularity of the mobile bandwidth, terminal businesses get fastdevelopment. A large business flow to the use of terminal network bandwidth and wireless in theuse of resources bring to a great conflict. At present the network server is only for the user tobusiness to deal with, as to the type of terminal equipment of submitting business no moreconsideration, causes the bandwidth waste of resources.In order to optimize mobile network, the thesis design a set of intelligent control equipmentbetween terminal and CN. The equipment analyses the terminal equipment type, business type,business characteristics and makes the corresponding processing combining with the user’s businessusage for specific business (mainly video business) and different terminal equipment type. It locatesin the access network side so that to alleviate the pressure of CN.The work done in this thesis are as follows:(1)The design of the intelligent controller andmodule;(2)The new method of realizing terminal type perception through IMEI so as to avoid thetraditional rely on business data “feedback-decision” bound. As to the recognition of business type,especially to the streaming media, putting forward the idea of two layer identification modelcombining with DPI and DFI advantages. And test the feasible and accuracy of this terminalrecognition method.(3)Improve the original streaming media adaptive algorithm with the newmethod which based on the type of device prophet adaptive decision algorithm.(4) Test the designidea of this thesis and come to the conclusion that this program can optimize streaming mediaplayback experience, save the wireless network resources and increase end-user access in a certainnetwork bandwidth quantity, etc.
