In OFDMA systems, the use of MIMO can be to achieve high-speed and large-capacitytransmission, and also improve the reliability of the system, but because the received signal is thesuperposition of the signal of transmitting antennas, in addition interference exists in differentantenna signals, and space-time decoding accuracy strongly dependent on the channel stateinformation, so the accuracy of channel estimation will greatly affect system performance, whichmakes the channel estimation become one of main topics of MIMO-OFDMA systems performa-nce.Research and improvement of the channel estimation algorithm of MIMO-OFDMA systemsis the main work in the paper. Firstly, the paper analysis the research background and researchstatus at home and abroad of channel estimation of MIMO-OFDMA systems, then brings out theimportance of the channel estimation algorithm research; Secondly, clean introduces MIMO andOFDMA technologies, and design the model of MIMO-OFDMA systems and further describesseveral channel simulation model those supply simulation platform for checking channelestimation algorithm; Then the paper do a deep research and analysis for a variety of classicchannel estimated algorithm based on the pilot and data location, and combining with thechannel impulse response effectively order estimation, propose a one kind of improved SVD ofthe LMMSE channel estimation algorithm that can be able to track real-time channel informationand reduce the noise interference, and the modified could reverse to search the channelinformation by obtaining the eigenvalues algorithm through estimating the effective order, thusimproves system performance. Simulation results show that the LMMSE-the SVD algorithmbased on channel impulse response has a better obvious performance on mean-square error(MSE) and bit error rate (BER) comparing to the original LMMSE-SVD channel estimationalgorithm in the case of high signal-to-noise; Finally, the paper gives preliminary design aboutthe implementation of channel estimation algorithm.
