The 21st century , with the sustained and in-depth development of higher education in China , the cause of higher education has entered the popular education . For Local Colleges , educational resources , enrollment , student management , and the size of the student body has also been considerable development . However, with nearly 10 years of college enrollment , on the one hand, the social demand for talent in a lot of change , on the other hand long-term enrollment makes the school a series of questions in teaching , management , student employment , and increasingly intensification must be resolved. Higher education in China this trend shift from elite education to mass education put forward higher requirements for local undergraduate college education . For this reason , many local undergraduate institutions of higher education system reform individualized principle , in order to strengthen the founder of the classes focus on a series of teaching institutional reform , the one hand, for Local Colleges specialty disciplines and professional development training . innovative professionals , on the other hand , the establishment of successful teaching mode under the new situation provides a good example of successful experience in promoting school as the basis for strengthening classes other than professional . This article is the first comprehensive analysis of the local undergraduate university personnel training status on the basis of proposed teaching the importance and necessity of reform , and in accordance with the new concept of elite education in the context of popular education theory , discusses the teaching reform program in the form of intensive courses feasibility. Followed by a large number of surveys and interviews , I found that at this stage of Local Universities intensive courses in orientation, teaching philosophy and methods , management tools , and the ideological and political education, there are varying degrees of deviation and problems , which also includes some regular undergraduate education stage no new problems . To solve these problems , the author proposed some relatively feasible solutions and measures , and to learn from the successful experience of other universities in intensive courses on the training model , intensive courses training model for this stage of Local Universities conducted a preliminary exploration to breakthrough , provide a good example for local undergraduate university teaching reform .
