As telecom operators business grows fast, data flow of the GPRS/TD network increasesrapidly. Nowadays telecom operators mostly use BI as precision marketing platform forbusiness promotion, user analysis and so on. Data is about mobile users’ business andconsumption, a lack of mastering mobile users’ business action through network data tosupport flow promoting, user analysis management and find out mobile related business hotspot. Along with telecommunications industry walking into3G times, managementphilosophy of user-centered asks for data support. In a word, picking up network data to minemobile user searching online character is very important for marketing.This paper will analyze about collecting signaling and decoding through GB port to getdata about mobile user searching action and do some data pre-processing at the data miningscale. We use some ways to analyze users behavior such as dispersion degree for preferencerecommending, coefficient dispersion for flow floating space, quantile for user’s flow valuemining and K-means algorithm for home range defining base on methods at home and abroad.We also study about what we put into use in Shaoguan CMCC and prove it worksthrough using Shaoguan CMCC data testing4model above.We sum up at last and mention3features of marketing management system about mobileuser Internet behavior and2key problems that we must solve.
