At present, China’s two-way radio industry is facing the conversion from analog to digital mode. Many digital radio terminal manufacturers’ products are gradually coming into the integrated test and initial commercial stage. As digital two-way radio industry continued to mature, manufacturers’ terminal conformance and interoperability will become the key factors which assert great influence on industrial and commercial of digital two-way radio. So it’s vital for this industry to carry out the digital terminal testing work.Digital two-way radio RF test items are various and the test method and procedure is always complicate. Manual testing can’t meet the speed requirements. The incorrect test procedure also has a great influence on the test results. Automatic test system can greatly improve the test efficiency. On the other hand the test program will ensure the reliability of test results.The main work of this dissertation is to put forward a practical and effective test solution for digital two-way radio RF conformance test. Papers firstly introduce two-way radio standard DPMR protocol and complete digital radio RF conformance test description. Secondly complete hardware platform design and build work. Finally on the basis of hardware platform design and develop test software. Accomplish remote control and automatic test by using GPIB interface and serial port.
