With rapid development of technology and communications industry, the mobile communication has a profound influence on people’s life and even change it, due to emerging wireless communication technology, low-price mobile phones and the popularization of the Internet,it accelerates the pace of development of the wireless communications industry, people demand higher and higher quality of service in mobile communication networks, perfect-quality network ensures market share, with it the embodiment of core competitiveness of enterprises. Timely and accurate optimization efforts will not only improve network efficiency, but also to enhance the public image of the force, and lay a solid foundation to further market expansion.Natural features of CDMA network, including green, speech clarity, strong privacy, are gradually familiar with and accept by the majority of users, and formed a large user group. However, as China increasingly competitive power in mobile communications,China Telecom wants to maintain existing customers and develop new customers, there must be a high quality and efficiency mobile communication network, and improve user’awareness and service levels, in order to ensure their health development.Mobile communication network is a dynamic network, with network capacity and number of users getting fat, and requires a higher quality of the network. In reality, because the uneven distribution of traffic density, frequency, resource constraints, network configuration, site selection, the external environment changes, coupled with network planning, network quality indicators are not satisfactory, in effect restricting the quality of network and level of talking. All these need us to constantly adjustment and optimization the network to optimize the allocation of resources, adjust reasonably the network parameters of the network to attain the best operating state, which is the purpose mobile communication network optimization to achieve.Based on the CDMA network call set-up, follow-processing analysis of a series of processes, combined with the actual Shanxi Telecom network optimization experience to handle the daily network optimization network dropped calls, congestion and other issues are analyzed to Yuncheng, Shanxi Province as a pilot to carry out this times of special optimization, and test results analysis. At the same time, through this work, This paper summarizes a set of practical CDMA network optimization method, and were validated through a case, to guide our practical work.
