Instead of pursing economic profit simply, nowadays, more and more enterprises have recognized it is very important to take corresponding responsibilities towards its stakeholders not only concern about shareholders’ profits. Our country is a socialist country and always pays much attention to labor’s protection; however, due to the social and economic developing stage with Chinese characteristics, the practical situation of employer-employee relations in our country is not satisfactory. According to contract theory and stakeholder theory, employees are one of the most important stakeholders and main profit creators for an enterprise. Therefore, the fulfillment of CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) focus on employer-employee relationship is not only the key of keeping employees’loyalty and enterprise’s continuous development, but also important to improve the level of social welfare and promote our country’s social harmony.The paper’s main research object is to analyze the relationship between CSR focus on employer-employee relations and employee work attitude. The author designed a questionnaire according with the employer-employee relations’ characters of our country based on the previous research and interview to the HR of famous enterprises to research the relationship. And the detailed and targeted conclusions gotten through structural equation modeling is that the positive correlations do exist between CSR focus on employer-employee relations and employee work attitude not only generally but also specifically. The purpose of this paper is not only letting people understand and agree with these views, but also leading to new thinking, improving the shortcomings mentioned in this paper or not, developing new reaearch and practice in the area of CSR focus on employer-employee relations, then upgrading the whole level of CSR of all the enterprises.
