Guarantee of user service-level agreement(SLA) and high efficiency utility of energy are two important problems of cloud computing, which are very popular. Virtualization technology is the key technique for resource management in cloud computing, in which,the technique and algorithm of virtual machine(VM) migration are very popular problems. The main goal of this thesis is to study optimization of VM migration algorithm.In order to reduce energy consumption of large-scale data centers and Guarantee of user service-level to some extent, a optimized algorithm called LBES based on VM migration is introduced in the paper. This algorithm considers some problems such as the load situation of many kinds of resources, aggregation conflicting and so on, aiming at the fix of VM migration’s opportunity, trigger tactics based on forecast model is introduced; aiming at VM group which live in physical machine which wait for migration, select which part VMs carry on migrating, Multiple resource constrained select tactics is introduced; and use fixed tactics based on probability model solving the choice of objective point. Furthermore, LEBS algorithm is analysed and come true in virtual cloud data center which is simulated in CoudSim.Experimental results show that LEBS algorithm is more excellent than other methods in the aspect of garantee of user service-level and save energy, on the condition of the same threshold established
