P2P Loan is different from banks and microfinance companies, but is committed to provide a channel for who needs financing and who has willings to invest. It also provides investment outlets for idle private capitals. P2P Loan in deed provides a service on finiancial information and servers as a style of private capitals flowing. If provided services with policies and regulations and could effectively circumvent the risks of lending, P2P Loan can effectively promote the flowing of private capitals and the economic development. KXD is a network platform that provides P2P Loan services.This dissertation discusses how to design and implement the transaction module of KXD system. Transaction module of KXD provides the connection for business module with bank system, the interface for payment and the transaction of daily funds, etc. The transaction module uses the MVC pattern overall and uses user interface, business logic, data storage three-tier architecture. The system uses apache tomcat as server. Transaction module uses HTML, JSP and JQuery for data presentation and sending user’s request. The business logic layer uses struts to control the request forward while using Spring to do the database connection, transaction control and setting launch. The data persistence layer uses IBatis while selecting Oracle as the database.Transaction module is devided into8parts, which respectively take charge of contract relationship, payment transaction, transfer transaction, transaction audit, encryption and decryption, communication with bank, diagram object conversion and protocol support. This dissertation gives design of above8parts with5parts’detail implementation, including payment transaction, transfer transaction, transaction audit, encryption and decryption and diagram object conversion.KXD is officially online and finances medium and small enterprise for their development. First loan has been legally repaid. The lifecycle of the first loan has successfully completed. KXD will provide high quality intermedia service for investors and financers in the future and contribute to the flowing of private capitals.
