Personality cultivation, which is the soul of the quality education, and the overall development foundation of students’ quality, is an effective means to cultivate students’ correct establishment of their world outlook and values. Senior high school education is the transition of the key period of training students’ personalities, and especially the present situation for them is that they encounter the following phenomena---- the pressures upon their schoolwork、only children、parents divorced and the big gap between the rich and the poor . In order to let the students take social responsibility in the future, meet the social needs, and experience happiness in life, schools have to take measures to cultivate students to have a healthy sound personality. The writings in classical style of Chinese philosophy and the ancients’reflection on nature, society and unique life experience at the high school stage has a special significance on shaping high school students healthy and sound personality .In addition , classical Chinese is beautiful not only in forms but also in its contents with profound meaning deep long lasting appeal.Therefore, the use of writings in classical style teaching has a unique advantage to cultivate students’ personality sentiment, which should be an important mission in the writings in classical style teaching to train the students’personality at high schools .The current situation and the level of training teenagers’personality in our country still cannot fully meet the need of the time, and the author makes good use of many effective practices in the writings in classical style about the training of the students’ personalities and adopts integration of literature and explore analysis, reflecting on my own teaching practice and exploring its personality education function in the writings in classical style teaching. Meanwhile , the author explores classroom teaching styles on personality education in Chinese writings in classical style, and improves the level as an example of personality teacher ,trying to build the requirements of the development of personality education mode, the writings in classical style in accordance with the time , analyzing diversified means to train the students’ healthy and sound personality and exploring out how to make the high school writings in classical style teaching better play a role in personality function .
