With the rapid development of science and technology, it becomes more and moredifficult to finish all the tasks artificially. Computer plays a more important role insolving the practical problems in our daily life. In recent years, due to the reformation ofhuman resource system, the demand of computerized management of human resource inall levels of HR department is growing. For most of the enterprise managers, how tomanage human resources effectively and make its maximum benefits is the challengethat each enterprise managers have to meet. Human resource management plays asignificant role in the management of the whole enterprise.Human resource management used to take human processing method, which waslow in efficiency and not easy to preserve and search. Human resource processing mayeven cause the omission, mistake and misstatement of material, which would bring theenterprise tremendous loss. Therefore, the development of an enterprise humanresources management system based on B/S (Browser/Server) structure with friendlyinterface which is comprehensive in functions and simple in operation has been veryimportant necessary. It has also been the purpose and importance of the development ofthis system. This system adopts the most advanced development tool MyEclipse6.5andSQL Server2005database.The enterprise human resource management system that combines personnelmanagement with automatic office management can effectively manage all kinds ofhuman resources information in an enterprise. It helps each department staff to getpersonnel information timely and easily. It can inquire, update, add, and delete humanresource information through the database, thus improves the management ability andadaptability of the enterprise.
