With the innovative country put forward, universities in the whole social influence and increasingly prominent role. In order to effectively promote social development, we must ascend college level. In a market economy, with the increasing competition between universities, the universities are faced with a severe test, we must establish specialized management mode to strengthen their competitive power, the key to enhancing competitiveness is to cultivate high quality teachers. Therefore, human resource management problem in university will be various universities focus and performance management is a central part of the human resource management, the concept of performance management in the enterprise application have won support among the people and have achieved good results. Therefore, introduction of the concept of performance management in universities will promote teachers’ development.Taishan Medical School have begun to explore of teachers performance management and established a relatively complete performance management process, performance management have received wide publicity and recognition, but also has many problems, inhibit the enthusiasm of teachers, performance management function don’t get developed adequately. This paper bases on this school teacher performance management, through the analysis of the existing problems, on the basis of the original performance management redesigns and establishes a scientific and perfect teacher performance management system, this topic for this school teachers to upgrade the performance level has a certain practical significance. This paper tries to introduce the theory of enterprise performance management to the university teachers’ performance management, especially the introduction of the KPI (Key Performance Indicator), combining with the universities characteristic, with Taishan Medical School as a research object, on the relevant performance management theories based on the study, analysizes the current situation of the university performance management, designs a suitable Taishan Medical School development of teachers’ performance management system combining with the existing problems of the performance management in university.This text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter paper mainly expounds the research background, significance, the thinking and methods; The second chapter basically introduces the performance management related theory, university teachers’ performance management theory and the characteristics of university teachers’ performance management; The third chapter basically introduces Taishan Medical School basic situation and teachers’performance management present situation and the existing problems, and excavate the source of the problems; The fourth chapter is the key of this paper,to design our school performance management process system; The fifth chapter is to put forward corresponding safeguard measures for the effective implementation of the university teachers’ performance management system for; The sixth chapter is to summarize this paper.This paper uses the method of literature, survery method, case analysis, normative analysis and inductive analysis method and other methods, combine theory and practice, carry out analysis and research, the purpose is to establish a set of suitable for the school teacher management system of performance management.This paper solves many performance management problems including the lack of performance communication, assessment purpose is not clear, evaluation method is not perfect in Taishan Medical School, for Taishan Medical School performance management system provides some elementary theoretical guidance, enriches the school performance appraisal methods and approaches, but also for university teachers’ performance management provides some reference.
