Hami state tax bureau through the actual investigation, decided to set up a special research team, self-developed ordinary invoice test old system.Task force through research and field research needs early, specific needs of the business system is determined, and prepared the "requirements". Synchronization, task group completed the main technical route selection, code development tools to achieve by Microsoft’s Visual Studio2010development tools, database system is realized by the Oracle Corp Oracle10g, image scanning technology selected Thunis’s OCR (Optical Character Recognitio). Through the system design of the business system of the overall framework design, functional architecture design, database design, software and hardware environment design, the design includes not only the summary of the design includes the detailed design, the system design has the code development condition.
