Grade assessment for military training is an important means of training management. Training level has become an important indicator to measure the level of combat effectiveness of troops and the quality of training. After years of practice to explore, through the establishment of appropriate standards and criteria, the various elements which will reflect the unit overall level of training and personal training quantity are gradually included in the assessment. It makes objective and fair assessment of the unit and individual training performance, guide and promote the development of military training to become coordinated and focused, greatly contributed to the implementation of the training of troops. It also gives a strong impetus to the military training management into the track of normalization and standardization and yielded good initial results.This article will focus on the character that is multi-leveled and algorithm complexly of grade assessment for military training,, and will take in-depth research and exploration to find the characteristics and law, reasonably refine the assessment elements and scientifically quantify the weights of the assessment. By self defining the evaluation index and scoring algorithm standard to design and implement a common platform which dynamically generate editing controls and pages to meet the demand that the grade assessment index changes annually. It can also achieve the goal that the working information of the grade assessment for military training be collected timely and standard, and the assessment process be transparent, fair and open.The research results of these paper is more practical and operable in some sense and has a certain reference value and guiding significance to the work of grade assessment for military training.. It also help to promote the grade assessment for military training to become procedurally, standard and interconnected and to further enhance the level and effectiveness of troop’s daily training.
