The Research on the Development of Teachers’ Information Accomplishments of the Middle School Information Technique in Guangzhou

Nowadays, Chinese new curriculum reforms in middle schools are in such a critical period that the reforms are undertaking at every corner of school education, which is the responsibility and duty that every teacher can not avoid. It is of profound significance to build a 21 century-oriented good quality, good structure and energetic teaching staff which adapts itself to quality education.This research, under the guide of the basic education reform and modern education theory, aims to make a investigation into the present development state of teachers’ information technology attainments in Guangzhou middle schools, and tries to find out some problems, and at last, to propose some strategies to promote the teachers’qualities of Guangzhou middle schools. This research, after analysing the connotations of teachers’ information technology qualities of Guangzhou middle schools and their demands, referring to the experience both inland and abroad, probes into the problems how to train and promote teachers’information technology qualities of Guangzhou middle schools. This research has made a online investigation into the information technology qualities of the middle school teachers in every district of Guangzhou. The research covers the following three contents:first, the state of teachers’ information technology qualities of the middle school in Guangzhou; second, the training state of teachers’ information technology in Guangzhou middle schools; third, their work conditions of middle school teachers of information technology in Guangzhou. After the analysis of the data, the findings is that the information technology teachers have certain attainments in information technology, and still have a comparatively big space for promoting.According to the present state of teachers’ information qualities in Guangzhou middle schools, this research proposes 6 strategies of how to promote teachers’ information technology qualities:1) the before-job, entrance-job and in-job trainings; 2) teaching and research activities; 3) the integration of some subjects; 4) the website platform; 5) self-cultivation; 6) reward mechnism, such as to commend advanced individuals or organizations.
