Recognition behaviors are used in many areas, such as the management fields, psychology and so on.lt also plays an important role in these areas, such as motivational, raise interest, etc. Of course,it can also be commonly used in the field of pedagogy.In this study, teachers’ recognition behaviors in the class are chosen as the research object.The roles, which are played by recognition behavior on classroom teaching, students and teachers, are deeply analysised. This study includes contents as follows:the importance of recognition in different subjects vision; the definition and division of the content of classroom behavior and the way in recognition teaching; actual teaching cases, and the display and the analysis of semi-structured interviews; and this can trigger out the discussion which the teachers have to adhere to the principle and so on. At last the conclusions are drawn:the classroom recognition behaviors of teachers should vary from person to person, from class to class, and they should not be the same all the time. The study can provide a reference template for the teachers’ recognition behaviors to help teachers to improve teaching effectiveness and promote the students learning motivation, etc.; and it can play a great role for the teachers on the way to the students and the evaluation effect of self-recognition in the future teaching process.
