With the development of industrial technology, Servo control system for high-performance demand is growing. Modern AC Servo System, intelligent control concept is introduced to improve the performance of servo control system, which is now one of the mainstreams Improvement. This paper is to design an intelligent dual-axis servo control system. The system is composed of the controller of B&R PCC, B&R ACOPOS servo drives and PMSM. Meanwhile, the intelligent controller PID algorithm is used to improve system performance.The second chapter of this paper is to establish a mathematical model of PMSM, combined with modern AC motor vector control strategy, analyzed tricycles PMSM position control structure, in order to establish the vector control PMSM servo system model.The third chapter on MATLAB/Simulink, using Power System Blockset is to establish control of PMSM servo system simulation model. At the same time, using the traditional PID controller is to simulate.The Fourth chapter firstly introduces intelligent control and the development of intelligent PID control, focusing on neural network PID. Secondly, as BP neural network and RBF network were compared, the choice of RBF neural network design is based on RBF neural network PID controller tuning. Finally, the RBF network is introduced into PMSM tuning PID servo control system simulation model, instead of the original speed PI controller, to simulate.Finally, this paper describes the hardware and software of B & R Motion Control System. Meanwhile, B&R X20 PCC as the control center, two ACOPOS PMSM servo drives and motors, with Ethernet Powerlink communication technology to construct biaxial servo system synchronization. By B&R Automation Studio programming software, the design introduces RBF network tuning PID control algorithm. The design of human-computer interface is based on VNC for remote monitoring. The intelligent dual-axis servo system would be experiment hardware debugging.
