Based on the past researches, the Job satisfaction of the teacher will influence the teachers’work and teaching directly. Therefore, the study of rural elementary school teachers’job satisfaction in rural basic education development has encouraging effect.This article uses the Fun Min County in Kun Min City as an example to carry out the research, to analysis and evaluate working environment, salaries and bonuses, social relationships, career aims and other parameters, which will influence the working and teaching of rural primary school teachers. In order to explore the countryside elementary school teachers, and the problems existing in the actual condition, the author puts forward relevant countermeasures. Through the investigation and study to improve rural elementary school teachers’job satisfaction, and at the same time, improve teaching quality and efficiency, so as to promote the development of rural education career based. The research result could supply the effective theoretic and practical experience for the rural primary educational management, but it also provides the basic situations of the rural primary school teachers in Kun Min for relating bureaus. Moreover, this research provides a theoretic reference for the stability of amount of the rural teacher and the balance of the urban-rural fundamental development.This research is affected by the communist youth league Kunming university of Science and Technology of committee "learning science and technology innovation fund" project commissioned, the sampling survey of rural primary school teachers basic treatment of Kunming status quo. With exception of the past researches and dissertations, this research designs "the MSQ of the Job satisfaction of the rural primary school teacher in Kun Ming". The sample is from 3 rural primary schools in Fu Min County. The research result is analyzed and evaluated depended on the SPSS17.0, and to offer the positive solving suggestion and schemes for the existing problems along with the working and teaching of the rural primary school teachers in Fu Min County.
