With the increasing demands on the human-computer interaction, virtual realitytechnology has been rapid development in recent years, widely used in medicine,education, construction and other fields. With the advantages of virtual reality itself, theinteractive means between the user and the computer is not limited to the traditionalperipherals like mouse, keyboard and others, the involvement of data gloves and stereohelmet can give the user a more immersive viewing experience.This article is under the intensive analysis of the characteristics of virtual reality,puts forward a visualization library system, users can freely walkthrough within thevirtual library, in addition to allowing users to interact of virtual objects with data glove,and enhance the fidelity of the user experience. The main points of this thesis aresummarized as follows:1. Research of the virtual environment modeling, using the the3DsMAXmodeling software to build a visualization library model, and use these models tocomplete the structures of the visualization library in virtual scene, puts forward twodifferent method of virtual scene walkthrough, convenient to different users accordingto their need to choose and set the collision detection for the virtual walkthrough, givingusers a more realistic experience of walkthrough.2. Were analyzed the characteristics of the several staffing representativethemanpower like the skeletal characteristics, the movement characteristics and the jointdegrees of freedom, clear the hierarchy of the virtual hand, establishment of a staticmodel of the virtual hand, finished the association between the fingers of the virtualhand model, ultimate realization of the dynamic control of the virtual hand3. Mapping between the Data gloves and the virtual hand were analyzed, Clear correspondence between virtual hand and data glove. Use vc platform to accept theinformation on the data glove sensors and transform into a available information for thevirtual reality platform, and passed these information to the EON developmentenvironment by plug-in of EONX to achieve control of the virtual hand, completed thecommunication between the EON and VC. Set the rule for grasping, use the data gloveto interactive with the objects in virtual environments, the final completion libraryvirtual simulation and interactive system based on EON.
