Research and Implementation on Military Shooting Simulation Based on RTI、OSG

The high-level architecture HLA (High Level Architecture) as a distributed simulation specification, mainly in order to solve interoperability and reusability between each simulation model.2009HLA officially became the IEEE1516standard. Because of the demand for HLA military simulation area increased, DIS series of standards has been unable to meet their needs. Under the new situation, the effect of HLA on distributed simulation system is very large. Open source rendering engine OSG (Open Scene Graph) is one of the outstanding3D visual development tools, can create a rich high realistic scene effect with low cost.The focus of this study is to construct the simulation system by combining RTI and OSG, and can be applied in the military field. The main work includes, discusses the principle of RTI and OSG Explain the causes of firing accuracy error, given the influence way and influence factor of each error source. Instructions the related problems and solutions for building system, such as collision detection, path generation, points out the technical route of the realization of the system, design the system structure based on RTI, OSG, MFC. Finally, with the actual system proved the contents of previous chapters, and the Runge-kutta method for solving the trajectory equation is applied to the system, showing the movement of shells. The system makes full use of the advantages of HLA and OSG to build a real distributed simulation scenario, the system has high scalability. Experiments show that, through the combination of RTI and OSG to realize the military simulation can give full play to superiority of RTI and OSG.
