Research and Implementation of Collaborative Simulation Interface Gateway for Crh2Based on HLA/RTI

With the continuous increasing of the high speed train and high speed rail-way in our country, the research of the train communication network plays a more and more important role in the research of the high speed rail-way. As the tranmission path of control command and state information, its working performance is directly related to the running of train. Therefore, the simulation and research on train communication network plays an important role in promoting the development of the high speed rail-way. The high speed train is a typical complex product, whose function, architecture and technoly are all complex. As it involves so many courses and fields that the single simulation system can not realize the simulation of the high speed train, it is essential to use the distributed interactive simulation.On the backgroud of the National Science and Technology Support Project—"High speed train (CRH2) traction drive and train network system—Network System Virtual Simulation". An interface gateway based on HLA/RTI is researched and realized on the background of the train communication netwrok simulation platform developed in the project. The interface gateway makes the train communication network platform to be one of the federate of the comprehensive simulation platform, or makes the comprehensive simulation platform to be one part of the communication network platform. The interface gateway realizes the data exchangment between the train driver control system and the train traction system over the train communication network. The research result can help the development of the train communication network independently.In the thesis the structure of simulation platform is analysed, and the principle of the interface gateway based on the HLA/RTI is disscused. Two different types of interface gateway are designed according to the characterstic and requirement of the comprehensive simulation platform. Then the requirement analysis is overall designed and the functions of type I and type II interface gateway are made. The principle and the implementation procedure of both the two interface gateways are illustrated.
