In modern times, with information science and technology as the forerunner of social change, promote social development comprehensively. The modern society enters take the network information as the central information age, more and more enterprises hopes that uses the management information system to raise the enterprise working efficiency and the enhancement enterprise’s comprehensive competitive power. This article takes the Sichuan electricity company enterprise resource management informationization items of basic construction as a background, through in-depth research, for the development of inventory management system.This article unifies the current enterprise resource management system’s domestic and foreign development condition; elaborate the background and significance of the research. Introduced based on.NET platform, enterprise information system analysis and design of the theoretical basis, Including.NET Framework theories and technologies, Multi-layer architecture and role-based access control model. In overall analysis Sichuan some electricity company enterprise information management system demand based on, the system contains market contract management, project plan management, stock management, engineering project management and system management so on functions have made the thorough analysis and other functions to do In-depth analysis, establish the corresponding use case model. The system uses the modulation structural design to carry on the detailed design to system’s function, and take the stock management module as an example to give each submodule detailed design and module class diagram. The system database carries on the detailed design, establish the database E-R model and logical data model. For system security, it realizes based on the RBAC model solution. The system uses the stratification structure; the system is divided into user interface layer, business entity layer, business logic layer, data access layer. And for the installation of plug-in configuration as an example to discuss the functions of each layer to achieve, realize the interaction between layers. Finally it has a detailed description of the realization of inventory management module and System key technologies.
