With coming of learning society, the progress of basic educational reform, as well as the trend of school-based training, more and more researchers pay attention to teacher learning community. However, "Teaching, studying while pratising of teacher community " as a mode was not researched systematically and deeply by local scholars. Therefore, in this thesis, "Teaching, studying while pratising of teacher community "is to be constructed, and we investigate its operation status in case-study in order to supply the new growing starting and strategy for teacher professional development.The present thesis is consisted of four chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the research background, purpose, content, significance, methods, and defines the core concepts of this thesis. Chapter 2 reviews the literature of the research on teacher learning community, which help to find out the research gap.Chapter 3 sets up theoretical modeling, which is the central part of this thesis. This thesis holds that "Teaching, studying while pratising of teacher community " is a dynamic, open learning organization, regards "shared vision" as its ideal calling, thinks equal consultation and mutual cooperation as its conditions, and also takes the effective、coordinated、sustainably operational security mechanism、incentive mechanism and feedback mechanism as its security, creating good situation and ecology for teacher learning, in order to promote the development of teachers’ profession. The significance of constructing this model lies in that:it provides good paradigm sample and content integration for constructing school-based learning community.Chapter 4 investigates the implementation status of "Teaching, studying while pratising of teacher community " in a school, and discovers several key points about implementation of "Teaching, studying while pratising of teacher community ":(1) emphasize the establishment of shared vision, (2) emphasize the improvement of management mechanism, (3) strengthen the cooperation among teachers. It also discovers some main problems that need be noticed in applying’ Teaching, studying while pratising of teacher community ":(1) learning situation can’t be ignored.(2) over more suppers.
