With the development of IT, enterprises improves process to enhance thecompetitiveness and achieve rapid, stable and sustainable development for the customer factor,competitive factor and the internal operating requirements. So even if we improved businessprocess in the implementation of the ERP system, we should continuously improve businessprocess with the growth of the company.In this paper, the research object is the sales business process of YH. The company haveimplemented of the SAP B1and opened first store. In the next few years, the company willopen several stores, so the improvement is very important. Through the analysis of YHenterprise sales business process can help us find out repetitive activities, missing activities,waste activities, too bureaucratization process, bottleneck problems and improve them.Petri net is a graphical modeling method which is based on state. It not only hascomplete mathematical theory foundation, but also it is direct and clear, so it is widely used indiscrete event modeling. Business process modeling with Petri nets, we can use systeminvariants to check and prevent the deadlock, conflict, overflow problems of the businessprocess,it can also be converted into Arena simulation models. So this paper select Petri nettheory,conclude the Petri modeling of the company’s business process, then build the salesprocess modeling and analyzing the performance.Then use Arena software to simulate it anduse ECRSA principle to improve the process and make a comparison. This example canexplain the importance of BPI to company.
