With the rapid development of network information technology, the potential business opportunities on the Internet have been accepted by more and more enterprises. B2C e-Commerce is one of the well-known ways to expand the business channels. Traditional children’s clothing sales are faced with the problems of unfavorable export and the high cost of retail, which need to explore the new way of transformation.This paper is based on the website design of B2C children’s clothing retail. The analysis and research on the needs of online trading and website construct are discussed in detail. The function needs of the system settings, goods management, order management, membership management, event management, content management and application management are analyzed, according to the basic flow of online shopping. The functions are modeled by the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The relationship of the website system and the various subsystems is described by the user case diagrams. The overall structure, the function of each module and the database are designed in this paper through the website map, the flow chart and the database E-R diagrams. The tables of the database are also designed. The development environment, operation environment, the objective market and the vision are fully discussed in the end of the paper.The B2C website of "I love fashion" is based on B/S architecture, using PHP technology, mysql database and ECShop template. After running for a while, the website performs well in the functions, modern design and the friendly interface, which provides the basic platform for online B2C transactions.
